At Snag Sports, all of our t-shirts are made to order. This means your item is printed specifically for you once your order is placed, ensuring quality and reducing waste.

Order Processing Time
Once your order is received, it is sent directly to our production team for printing. Please allow 1–4  business days for your order to be processed and produced before shipping.

Shipping Timeframes
After production is complete, your order will be shipped directly to you. Estimated delivery time from the date of purchase is 8–14 business days. Please note that this timeframe includes both production and shipping.

Shipping Locations
We ship directly to customers across Australia and selected international locations. Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
